Changes from MusiXTeX 138 to 139:

     * added musixebgr.tex and musixcls.tex (supporting
       EBGaramond and URWClassico text fonts)

     * added \verytinynotesize to support appoggiaturas
       and grace notes in tiny-notesize staffs
